I’ve decided to use tumblr for my artsream as it’s quick and the layout is fun. I’m not abandoning this site, but I think I couldn’t decide if I wanted this wordpress as an art stream or more of a portfolio site. So I’ve split them up and am leaving wordpress for the more professional side and portfolio.

Oh man this crystal came out great!!!!
All of this is completely from scratch. No image tracing. I created both the orange and the knife from what I felt they should look like in my mind. It took some time; mostly with the orange, but I’m quite pleased with my results! It only took 2.5 hours. D:
So I’ve entered into this local (Phoenix, AZ) design challenge where the entrants make one piece of artwork every day for the entire month of January.
